Kelli Doss

Kelli is a talent specialist executive coach with a special focus on equity, diversity, inclusion — helping leaders refine and develop their leadership competencies and management practices. Kelli combines her law school background with over 25 years of experience to help leaders refine and develop their leadership competencies and management practices, and supports teams to improve interpersonal dynamics and build interrelational trust. Kelli received her undergraduate degree from Howard University and her J.D. degree from Tulane Law School. She has worked as a law clerk tackling critical community issues, and has an extensive career in the non-profit sector. Kelli has served in roles at the Children's Defense Fund, New Leaders for New Schools, the NYC Department of Education, Education Pioneers (NY/NJ),  iMentor, and Reading Partners. Her roles span from Vice President of Human Assets to Chief Talent and Equity Officer and she maintains a deep commitment to organizational culture and talent pipeline and development.
